This wine is a blend of select barrels of Pinot Noir grown in the Sartor vineyard in Summerland, the Hayman vineyard in Naramata and the Domaine Triboulet vineyard in Oliver. The grapes were hand picked between October 3 and October 25, 2017 at approximately 24.9 brix. The wine has gone through a full malolactic fermentation and was aged in French oak for 22 months before being bottled. Total production: 100 cases of 750ml bottles.
